Around 30 minutes. We keep it focused. You’ll see the most relevant parts of the platform for your venue type, not everything at once. If you want to go deeper after, we’re happy to.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing. Just show up with your questions. The more you tell us in the form about your current challenges, the more tailored we can make the walkthrough.
Q: Is this a sales call?
It’s a demo first, a conversation second. We’ll show you the platform, answer your questions honestly, and give you a clear picture of what DazzleBox would cost and what it would take to get started. There’s no pressure to commit on the call.
Q: How quickly can we get started after the demo?
Most venues are live within one week of signing up. Onboarding is handled by our team: we configure your forms, flows, and settings with you, so you’re not figuring it out alone.
Q: What if I’m not ready to commit yet?
That’s completely fine. Book the demo to get your questions answered and see the platform firsthand. There’s no timeline pressure and no follow-up cadence you haven’t agreed to.
